This is exactly the type of job killing nonsense :owed " to corporate America by their corporate whores, ie. member of the Congress. This in NO WAY WHAT-SO-EVER has anything to do with fairness and to add one more thing to do for the entrpenuers of this country is outragious and disgusting. A blind man could see the origination of this pile of nonsense and the rush to get it signed into law.Apr 26th, 2013Anne B. from El Cajon, CA writes:
The Marketplace Fairness Act is totally UNFAIR and will do nothing but destroy jobs, burden small businesses that create most of the jobs, & slow down the economy . It is not the business of the federal government to use the power to tax to protect giant retailers from small online businesses. Leave the Internet alone!! We the People benefit from the non-taxed Internet, big or small. No one should pay a state tax if he does not live in that state. That is basic fairness that WE understand.REPORT COMMENTS

It is very necessary that ALL BILLS OR AMENDMENTS TO BILLS THAT WOULD ESTABLISH AN ONLINE SALES TAX is WRONG!! The Fairness Act must remain as it is - no sales tax. Thank you for listening to your people.REPORT COMMENTS

I can't believe we can't hear screaming to high heaven over this. There is no way any small business will be able to comply with this and they will cease to exist all at the same time. As if we are not all ready trying to scramble and rob Peter to pay Paul just to remain afloat. Government seems to know no bounds. I am so disheartened I just shake my head in disbelief.REPORT COMMENTS

This would only add to the already over-regulated small businesses causing the demise of some. If we are to save the economic health of this country...leave the Internet alone, I plea. Thank you kindly.REPORT COMMENTS

It is apparent 99.99% of politicians are crooks, liars and thieves. They do not work for us but for themselves. Will be interesting to see if you oppose this internet sales tax bill which will then tell me how to vote in 2014 or when you next run.REPORT COMMENTS
