I am74 & my husband (a Korean Vet) is 81. His military records got destroyed in St. Louis Ware house fire so we have not been able to get any benefits. He has had 9 leg operations which we had to pay for. We both are working for $10.00 am hour and you want to take our tax money & give them $3,500.00 raise. It is just ridiculous that any bonuses to the I.R.S. would even be considered. They should not get any bonus at all, they should be penalized. The I.R.S. and Congress are all so corrupt, it is sad to think it has come to this when our forefathers crafted such a wonderful Constitution and put in so many safeguards that have now been disregarded and put aside.
