When my county had to reduce costs, at age 60, I was one of 17 laid off - and have never even been recalled, much less given a bonus. Instead with hundreds of applications I encounter significant age discrimination and have been unable to get new position. How can it be that some of us permanenly loose our ability to make a living, and the "elites" with Washington Government and IRS not only get jobs back after illegal activities - and then get bonuses on top of it??? It does not make sense to downgrade the United States Post Offices [lost offices, hours, employees] but give a BONUS to IRS people who are supposed to do their jobs. Our country is broke.
