"Congress must transition to a system that simplifies our tax system and makes the I.R.S. unnecessary: the adoption of a flat tax, national sales tax, or neutral tax all being viable replacements." OH, REALLY? They all still require a 'tax collector' to enforce. IRS by any other name is still a federal government enforcer. BUT, What if ALL of those replacements are just as unlawful as the present IRS system? Did the 16th Amendment change the taxing power of the federal government, or did it actually restrict its power! Could anyone show me where Article 1, Section 2, Clause 3 was repealed? No, you say? That's because it was not repealed, and did not change the taxing power within the Constitution. The United States Supreme Court clearly stated so in several cases shortly after its passage. Look at Amendment 21 to see how an amendment repeals another part of the Constitution.
