Please perform your constitutional duty by denying President Obama the use of Executive Orders to bypass Congress and the Courts, especially the one related to hiding the truth about the Fast & Furious gun-running program that resulted in the death of a Border Patrol Agent (Terry Nichols). Sincerely, Dian Marshall Smith

Please legislators stop the use of Executive Order. The United States was found on the use of balanced power. Executive order undermines that balance. No one person should have the power in United States to make any law that is binding to the majority of it's citizens. That absolute power makes for a dictatorship and not a democracy.

Levin and Stabinow are all for Martial Law. They would sign a gun ban in an instant, with no thoughts to what we would do under an attack. I want my gun! AND, I do not see them doing a thing to stop him.. Our only hope is Fred Upton and some of the other Republicans. Levin and Stabinow would welcome the end of the second amendment. Just my Honest Opinion. I am tired of getting letters telling me I do not really understand what is happening... Well, They do not know how hard it is to live on $600 a month and have insurance premiums take a $1,000 jump. With another jump promised for 2014 and 2015.... I know a Dr. who has left the country because she refuses to die by death panel.... As long as Congress and the House of Rep do not live by the same rules and insurance as the rest of the Nation, THEY WILL NEVER VOTE FOR THE BETTER OF THE COMMON PEOPLEL!!!!!
