Psycho-Killers and Bad Guy Don't care what the laws say and when the start planning the evil plan, theres not much at stopping them. I was at my local court house that has two banks of metal detectors, two x-ray machines and 6 armed police officers that not including the court rm officers and there are 30 court room!
