The IRS enforcing Obamacare presents definite conflicts of interest. Additionally, it was through the IRS that conservative groups and individuals were targeted. The IRS has enough corruption within it's system that it is impossible for it to take on obamacare without citizen also being unfairly targeted by the system. 1.
