There should be a better way of doing this. If the border is not secured FIRST nothing will work. I came here from another country it was hard work but worth the effort we put forth. Law breakers should not be rewarded. I say it again until the border is secure this problem will continue and continue. When the Boarder Patrol is now openly complaining that they are overwhelmed with more illegals coming in, hoping to be included in any "amnesty", unemployment is much higher than is being reported and "Big Business" pushing to get cheap labor, how can you support any "amnesty".
