RIGHTMARCH: Stand with the Aurora, Colorado Shooting Victims and Their Families

It’s happening again. A tragic gun violence massacre is sending shockwaves across our nation. And our hearts go out to the victims of another senseless act by a killer armed to the teeth… while American citizens are rendered defenseless by law restricting their right to keep and bear arms.

Columbine, Virginia Tech, Tucson and now Aurora. The list of mass gun tragedies grows longer and, every day in America, violence perpetrated against disarmed citizens claims dozens of victims.

When they express their concern and condolences, America’s political leaders speak for all of us. But when they fail to back up those high-minded sentiments with action to restore American citizens’ Second Amendment rights to defend themselves, their kind words begin to ring hollow.

As we saw just the week before, when a 71-year-old man used his legal weapon to ward off two armed thugs who invaded a business in Florida, senseless and violent tragedies like this can be averted when law-abiding citizens are allowed to exercise their right to keep and bear arms.

Please join people all across our nation in demanding action from our leaders and in personally pledging to keep pressing until America takes concrete action to restore our Constitutional right to self-defense, EVERYWHERE we go.
